SP.SAMCO held annual training course for dealers nationwide

In order to run an efficiently business strategy, develop product market of special equipment for SAMCO nationwide, from 09 to 18/10/2017, Saigon Transport Mechanical Corporation – representing by An Lac Special Automobile Mechanical Enterprise (SP.SAMCO) has held an agent training course for all dealers.

Mr. Dang Que Hung, Director of SP.SAMCO represented the Board of Directors spoke on the opening day

Attending this training course were over 30 attendances from 08 Car dealerships of SP. SAMCO nationwide. The content includes these training skills: 

> Sales skill for Vehicle and Special equipment. 

> Calculating, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairing skill for Vehicles and Special equipment.

Responsible for this coaching program are key personnel with high experience from SP. SAMCO, include:  

1/Mr. Truong Van Tan-Deputy Director: in charge of calculation, installation training for Special equipment; 

2/Mr. Doan Minh Hai-Deputy Director: in charge of coaching operation, inspection, maintenance and repair Vehicles and Special equipment; 

3/Mr.Vo Quoc Viet - Deputy of Sales Department: in charge of sales training. 

In addition, to enhance the prestige and training quality as well as to facilitate for all dealers to have the opportunity to meet and exchange experience with the manufacturer, SAMCO also invite experts such as Mr. Fabio Ricco from FERRARI Crane company and Mr. Nicolas Jo represented for DASAN Aerial platform company.

The objectives of the training course aimed to help dealers:

+ Understanding the basic knowledge about the structure, the principle of operation of Vehicles and Special equipment and the advantages of the product; + Operate the Vehicles and Special equipment: crane truck, garbage truck, car, aerial truck... + Handle situations in the process of sales consultant as well as in the work of installation, warranty and maintenance. + Advice for customers with professional style.

At the end of the training course, the Board of Directors of the enterprises gave souvenirs and profound thanks to the practitioners who actively participated in full training. Besides, SAMCO pledged to actively support all dealers in business and technical work of Vehicles and Special equipment in order to improve the quality of products and services, enhance the production of Special Vehicles. When asked, the participants had appreciated the professionalism of SAMCO during the training as well as its business strategy through the construction and development of the system of Vehicle and Special equipment nationwide.
